3 pieces of domino's pizza (1 cracker thin)

fish paw mian xian @ tong sifu (soup finished, meat half, mian xian half)

Start: 4.44pm End: 6pm

Sit up: 5 sets (10 times straight, 10 times bend, 10 times right and left = 1 set)

1/2 6in size subway (vege delight)

Tea: 
1 packet of lexus chocolate biscuits

Dinner:
Green apple
yogurt
1 piece of iko high fibre biscuit


Exercise for today:
Cardio for 45 mins
  • sit ups (4 sets) 1 set = 10 times straight, 10 times bend, 10 times left and right)
  • kicking
  • cycling
  • running
  • Stretching
Gonna push myself more tomorrow. But it is a damn good start.

I have decided, that I should start my diet program now. 

I can't bear looking at my flabby arms, thighs and that going-to-be-obvious soon spare tyres. I need intense and constant workout. 

Let's see how far and how long I can go this time. In the case I'm at the verge of giving out, I'm just gonna remind myself how fat i'm compared to the petite.
