Breakfast:
1/4 of nasi lemak
orange juice
kit kat (2 pieces)
Lunch:
1/2 6in size subway (vege delight)
Tea:
1 packet of lexus chocolate biscuits
Dinner:
Green apple
yogurt
1 piece of iko high fibre biscuit
1 piece of iko high fibre biscuit
Exercise for today:
Cardio for 45 mins
- sit ups (4 sets) 1 set = 10 times straight, 10 times bend, 10 times left and right)
- kicking
- cycling
- running
- Stretching
Gonna push myself more tomorrow. But it is a damn good start.
