Dinner:
fish paw mian xian @ tong sifu (soup finished, meat half, mian xian half)
vege

Cardio:
Start: 4.44pm End: 6pm

Sit up: 5 sets (10 times straight, 10 times bend, 10 times right and left = 1 set)
